Vitamin B is an excellent choice in achieving a state of relaxation and promoting a restful sleep. You may choose to take Vitamin B as a stand alone supplement to your daily regime, or you may choose to eat more foods that contain Vitamin B. If you check on the cereal aisle where the healthy cereals are located, you are sure to find many different kinds of breakfast cereals that have a high level of Vitamin B. It has recently been found that various kinds of nuts have a high level of Vitamin B. However, it is very important that you do not consume any kind of nuts if you are allergic to them.

The third home remedy cure for insomnia is to ensure that you eat plenty of healthy foods and get plenty of exercise. There are also many types of relaxation exercises that can be performed in order to induce sleep in the body. If a person has a healthy diet, and they get plenty of good exercise, they are sure to be able to sleep well. If you are unsure of what foods to eat, and what kinds of exercises to perform, you should discuss the options that you have with your doctor to ensure that you are on the right track.

The fourth home remedy cure for insomnia is to make sure that the bedroom is used to sleep in only. The office should not be set up in the bedroom. The television should not be set up in the bedroom. You should only use the bedroom to sleep in and that is it. The bedroom should be kept cool and it should be kept dark. This will ensure that you get the best rest possible. You should also ensure that your bed is kept comfortable and that you sleep in clothing that is comfortable for you.
